Delivery & Programme Management — Leading end-to-end cyber resilience transformation programmes, owning scope, quality, budget, and timelines to measurably improve an organisation’s preparedness, response, and recovery.
Crisis Simulation & Facilitation — Designing and running executive-level tabletop exercises and cyber crisis simulations, acting as a skilled facilitator who challenges senior leaders under pressure and drives clear actions and lessons learned.
Strategic Integration — Embedding cyber resilience into broader enterprise frameworks (business continuity, IT DR, operational resilience, third-party risk), and partnering with C-suite stakeholders (CISO, CIO, COO, Legal, Comms) to align on risk appetite and cross-functional coordination.
There’s also a strong commercial and people leadership dimension — growing the cyber resilience practice, originating new business, producing thought leadership, and coaching a high-performing team.
