Set the standard for quality, rigour, and innovation in AI advisory delivery across the practice. Commercial Development Originate, shape, and close significant AI engagements with C-suite and board-level clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationships with CEOs, CDOs, CTOs, and senior technology and strategy leaders. Develop strategic alliances with AI technology vendors, cloud providers, and academic institutions to enhance the firm's capabilities and market reach. Client Delivery Oversee the delivery of complex, high-stakes AI transformation programmes — spanning strategy, operating model design, AI adoption, responsible AI governance, and capability building. Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients navigating AI investment decisions, ethical considerations, risk management, and organisational change. Ensure engagements deliver measurable, lasting value and generate strong client references.

A senior, strategy-focused role within a dedicated EMEIA sustainability team. Rather than purely delivering client projects, the Director is expected to grow the practice — originating new business, developing commercial offerings, and producing thought leadership across decarbonisation, energy transition, and climate-tech. Client work is selective and high-impact, with a strong emphasis on engaging at C-suite level. The ideal candidate brings deep sustainability expertise, a commercial mindset, and a track record across 15–20+ engagements spanning strategy, transformation, and transactions.

Crisis Simulation & Facilitation — Designing and running executive-level tabletop exercises and cyber crisis simulations, acting as a skilled facilitator who challenges senior leaders under pressure and drives clear actions and lessons learned. Strategic Integration — Embedding cyber resilience into broader enterprise frameworks (business continuity, IT DR, operational resilience, third-party risk), and partnering with C-suite stakeholders (CISO, CIO, COO, Legal, Comms) to align on risk appetite and cross-functional coordination. There's also a strong commercial and people leadership dimension — growing the cyber resilience practice, originating new business, producing thought leadership, and coaching a high-performing team.
